  POSTECH states that since 2018 all undergraduate freshmen, except Semiconductor Engineering, have entered the Mueunjae School as a single admission stream without departmental affiliation.

  POSTECH describes 12 departmental minors and double majors, 8 convergence minors and 2 convergence double majors.

  Model elements: a minor requires at least 21 credits and a double major at least 35 credits; the double-major degree is granted together with the main degree when both graduation requirements are met.

  The curriculum structure includes general education, basic required and elective courses, major required courses, major electives and free electives.

  Model elements: free electives recognise courses outside the student's major, including liberal arts and other departments' major courses; STC and HASS provide distribution groups.

  POSTECH defines domestic and overseas credit exchange: recognition of up to one third of graduation credits, eligibility rules, course registration, transcript recognition and credit classification.

  Model elements: other-university courses count toward graduation credits; domestic exchange initially records credits as free electives and can be reclassified as major or general education with approvals.

  The Mueunjae School roadmap shows the first year with department exploration, basic requirements and basic electives, at least 15 STC credits, mentoring and departmental-assignment timing.
