  Model elements: this source is used for institution identity, location and the baseline department/programme structure.

  The official international admission site lists undergraduate departments and interdisciplinary programmes for applicants, including the Department of Mathematics, Department of Chemistry, Department of Physics, Department of Chemical Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, and Interdisciplinary Program of Sciences.

  A Department of Mathematics page states that the department offers undergraduate programmes in pure and applied mathematics and also master's and doctoral programmes.

  Model elements: admissions are still organised around departments and approved interdisciplinary programme entries; this does not by itself prove an open programme.

  Article 17 states that NTHU uses an academic-year-based credit system with a four-year programme length requirement for all departments and degree programmes, and that departments and degree programmes have a minimum credit requirement of 128 credits.

  Model elements: this source sets the normal undergraduate duration at 4 years. Extension rules and post-baccalaureate second-degree rules were not used as normal bachelor duration.

  NTHU Division of Curriculum compares Interdisciplinary Program, Minor, Double Major and Change of Major.

  For minors, the page says the diploma states the names of the major and minor programmes. For double majors, it says the diploma states the names of both the original major and the second major programme.

  The page also states that double-major students complete all obligatory courses defined by the second major programme and that graduation requires at least 40 credits more than each major programme requires.

  Model elements: this directly supports programChoice 4, because NTHU documents a formal second-major route above major/minor.

  The official double-major regulations state that bachelor programme students may apply to study in bachelor programmes of other departments or programmes of NTHU and another school as double majors.

  For bachelor double majors, graduation credits must exceed the higher minimum of the two programmes by more than 40 credits.

  The official OGA regulations say students may apply for credit transfer under NTHU Academic Credit Transfer Guidelines before going abroad.
