  The Mathématiques licence page lists year-by-year pathways: L1 Portail Mathématiques, Informatique (MI) and L1 Portail Mathématiques, Physique, followed by L2 Mathématiques and L3 Mathématiques.

  This supports a portal-to-main-specialisation model within the licence, but does not prove a minor, double major or open programme.

  The L1 MI page gives Specialisations Informatique | Mathématiques and shows small elective blocks: 1 UE au choix au S1, 1 UE au choix au S2, English one of six, and UE libre at 0 ECTS.

  Together with the Mathématiques licence page, this supports programChoice = 2. For course choice it supports only restricted electives because the choice blocks are small and programme-bound.

  The L2 Mathématiques page gives Specialisation Mathématiques and contains a 5 ECTS UEs optionnelles block plus English one of six.

  This supports courseChoice = 1. Level 2 or 3 is not assigned because the source does not show broad distribution requirements or an open university-wide course catalogue.

  The undergraduate application page says first-year Licence applications go through ParcourSup or DAP, while selective tracks including licences double-diplômes are also entered as chosen routes.

  This is negative evidence against programChoice = 4: double-diplôme routes are admission routes, not a normal post-enrolment addition of a second main specialisation.

• SISE ESR: student enrolment by public institution https://data.enseignementsup-recherche.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/fr-esr-sise-effectifs-d-etudiants-inscrits-esr-public/

  The official SISE ESR dataset for 2024-25 reports 15,912 1er cycle students for Université Paris-Saclay in the effectif_sans_cpge field.

  The CPGE-excluding value is used because the effectif field includes parallel CPGE registrations and gives 18,329. The specialist degree level does not apply to Université Paris-Saclay's French model.
