The Bachelor of Arts page shows admission to the BARTS program without a separate specialisation: the domestic page has one SATAC code, ABP233, and the page metadata uses compositeID BARTS-NOSPEC. Within the degree structure, students complete 144 units, including 48 units in one major from Majors and 48 units in one major from Second Majors; the page also states that students can add a second major to the Bachelor of Arts and pursue two areas of interest. This confirms a regular double-major route in a major undergraduate area, but it does not mean that this structure is compulsory across all Adelaide University programs.
The Bachelor of Creative Arts page gives an independent check: the page metadata uses compositeID BCRAR-NOSPEC, and the degree structure includes 144 units, with 48 units for one major and 48 units for one second major. This shows that the two-major route is not only an isolated Bachelor of Arts feature.
The Adelaide University FAQ explains that an undergraduate major is usually eight courses or 48 units and is noted on the parchment. The 48-unit second-major block in the Arts and Creative Arts structures is therefore counted as a second main specialisation, not as a small elective set.
The FAQ, last modified on 16 February 2026, states that minors and sub-majors are not included in Adelaide University programs and will not appear on parchments, transcripts or AHEGS. Students use electives instead, and future students may choose electives from any discipline area, not only from the discipline area of their degree.
The Bachelor of Medical Studies page states a three-year full-time duration for the bachelor's component and explains that it forms the first three years of the six-year integrated medicine program with direct entry into the Doctor of Medicine. The duration range therefore keeps the lower bound of ordinary three-year bachelor's programs and the six-year upper bound for the integrated medical route.
The 2024 Section 2 All students resource contains all student enrolment tables for the full 2024 year; all students include commencing and continuing students.
For Adelaide University, the combined antecedent-institution figure is 64,391 students in total, including 44,539 undergraduate students. The source does not split undergraduate into strictly bachelor and other sublevels in this entry, so bachelor is left null.
